At Lavender Fields Assisted Living, our mission is to create a nurturing, home-like environment where seniors can thrive. Our philosophy centers on personalized care, active living, and fostering a strong sense of community. We embrace each resident’s "individual realities," ensuring that their unique needs, preferences, and life stories are respected and catered to.
Residents receive concierge-level care that goes beyond medical attention. We treat each individual with
dignity, empowering them to live their best lives, even when faced with physical limitations or cognitive impairments like dementia. Our goal is to improve the
quality of life for all residents, including those at the end of their life, helping them experience a
peaceful and dignified passing when the time comes.
Special Niche Care & Holistic Approach
At Lavender Fields, we pride ourselves on offering tailored care that adapts to each resident’s specific needs, especially those with dementia or chronic health conditions. We reject a "one-size-fits-all" approach and instead focus on these key areas:
We offer a wide range of services to meet the varied needs of our residents:
Each service is designed with the resident’s independence and dignity in mind.
Providing necessary medical support, assistance with daily activities, and nutritious meals.
Creating a supportive environment where residents can participate in social activities, enjoy companionship, and maintain a positive outlook on life.
Ensuring that each resident is comfortable, clean, and respected, and offering individualized care that respects their wishes and needs.
We provide personalized help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, based on each resident’s preferences and needs. Our aim is to promote independence, enhancing self-esteem through respectful, dignified care.
Our facility is designed to feel like a home, not an institution. We provide:
Meals at Lavender Fields are more than just nutritious—they’re moments of joy and connection:
Lavender Fields is known for its ability to improve the quality of life, even for residents on end-of-life care. Unlike traditional hospice care, our personalized approach has helped some residents regain mobility and well-being, rather than simply awaiting the end. This is a testament to our nurturing, individualized care.
We specialize in cognitive support for residents with dementia, ensuring they feel secure, understood, and valued:
For residents in the final stages of life, we provide supportive, compassionate care that prioritizes comfort and quality of life:
Every resident has a custom care plan that is regularly updated to reflect their health needs, preferences, and goals. We maintain open communication with families, doctors, and social workers, ensuring that everyone is informed and confident in their loved one’s care.
While Lavender Fields is not a skilled nursing facility, we provide attentive health support to prevent unnecessary transfers to high-skilled institutions.
We believe in going beyond physical care by focusing on the emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of our residents:
Here’s what some of our families have said about their experience at Lavender Fields:
“My mother was there 8 months and received the best care available! They were caring and saw to her needs! Since I lived out of state, they never seem to tire of my daily calls to check on her and always took the time to tell me how she was doing. I love their size and “at home” feel! Residents are not just a number but are a family! Thank you for all you did!”
“My mother was a patient at Lavender Fields from January until her death two weeks ago. Lavender Fields is the “best” place my mother could have been during this time. Judi, Brett and the staff are so caring and loving. It was okay to walk around the couch when she couldn’t sleep and had no clue what time it was. It was okay for her to have ice cream whenever she wanted it. They have celebrations with punch and wore hats. The school children come from the Beverly School to read to the residents. Last but not least, the residents truly care for each other like extended family. I highly recommend Lavender Fields to anyone who needs placement of a loved one.”
“My grandma passed away Friday and lived at lavender fields for about 3 years. She was placed here right before they did the remodel and the name was fully changed. Even though my grandma suffered from vascular dementia she was mentally and physically stimulated. Thank goodness we were able to get her into this place. Some of the other places in the area have been run into the ground. Overall our family believes my grandma had the best treatment that could be offered. Judy and Brett do a wonderful job of entertaining the guests, feeling the folks, and run an excellent facility! I feel that many of the other area places are over crowded and they don’t do anything with their residents. I hope this never happens to lavender fields. I think the reason that it is so successful is the attention it is able to give a crew of small residents. Regardless, even though my grandma wasn’t well, I was at peace knowing she was well cared for and respected. Thanks to Judy and Brett for being amazing human beings! And may god bless such a great facility!”
“ Wonderful and caring place who puts the needs of their residents first. My mother had wonderful care at Lavender Fields.”
