At Lavender Fields, our building is specifically designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents. The facility is intentionally small, offering 16 private bedrooms, each carefully crafted to provide privacy and comfort. The layout reflects our commitment to boutique assisted living, where the home-like feel helps residents feel safe, connected, and at peace.

Bathrooms are centrally located and shared within our community, a thoughtful choice designed to promote safety and ensure that our caregivers can stay actively involved in assisting residents with daily tasks like hygiene, while also minimizing risks of falls or isolation.

Engaging with the Community

We are proud to partner with Beverly Elementary School, an enriching collaboration that allows our residents to engage with students through reading programs, celebrations, and intergenerational activities. These moments of connection are not only heartwarming but also promote social engagement and help foster a sense of purpose for our residents.

Through this partnership, residents and students come together to create memories, celebrating birthdays, holidays, and simple everyday moments. The children's laughter and energy bring joy to our residents, offering a sense of vibrancy that adds life to our community.

Extra Care Unit and Holistic Health

Our facility is intentionally designed to prevent the isolation that can lead to depression, inactivity, and a lower quality of life. We believe that simply offering a room with a private bathroom is not enough if it leads to residents spending most of their time alone. Instead, we’ve created a Main Room Extra Care Unit (ECU) section—a specialized unit for residents requiring enhanced dementia support—where private bathrooms are not included in the rooms. This is a deliberate choice, rooted in the belief that hands-on assistance and staff presence in shared areas encourage more activity, engagement, and community participation.

This design is particularly effective for individuals with cognitive impairments, as it reduces confusion and promotes a routine of engagement. Our smaller layout, visible lines of sight, and carefully considered features like flat sidewalks, raised garden beds, and easily accessible communal areas foster independence without compromising safety. By prioritizing shared spaces over isolated room living, we create a nurturing environment that truly supports thriving at every stage of life.

Concierge-Level Care

At Lavender Fields, care goes beyond physical well-being. Our concierge-level services focus on addressing the emotional, mental, and social needs of each resident. We offer assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, and mobility, but we also emphasize personalized care that uplifts self-esteem and promotes independence.

Freshly prepared meals: Our residents enjoy nutritious, home-cooked meals that are lovingly prepared in our own kitchen. We never use processed ingredients, ensuring that every meal is both healthy and comforting.
