Not because people leave. Because sixteen residents need someone awake, present, and paying attention every hour of every day, and we would rather have the right person early than a warm body late.

Who we are looking for
Nurse aides with no experience
You do not need a certificate to start. You need to show up on time, follow direction, and treat an 88-year-old woman the way you would want someone treating your grandmother. We train the rest. Bathing, transfers, meal assistance, charting, safety. Nobody is born knowing this work.
CNAs, new and experienced
Bring your certificate and your standards. Sixteen beds means you know every resident by name, by history, and by baseline. You will not be running a hallway of thirty people with a call light going off behind you the whole shift.
Registered nurses and LPNs
Full time, part time, and relief. You handle assessment, medication oversight, care planning, and family communication. You have real time with residents, and real say in their care.
How this house works
This is a small house. Aides and CNAs cook, clean, do laundry, and provide direct care. There are no separate departments. If breakfast needs to be made and a resident needs help getting dressed, the same person does both. That is not a downside. It is why residents know the people who care for them, and why the people who care for them know the residents.
What we require
- 18 or older
- Clean background screening through WV CARES, which is state law for direct care staff
- Reliable transportation to Beverly
- Current certification or license for CNA, LPN, and RN roles
- Willingness to work a weekend rotation
What we are not willing to compromise on
You have to like old people.
Not tolerate. Not endure. Like them. Sit down and hear the same story twice. Notice when someone who talks every morning goes quiet. Understand that a resident yelling at you is usually a resident in pain who lost the words for it.
We have hired skilled people who did not have that, and we let them go. The skill is teachable. The other part is not.
